Who We are at Northwest Elite Property Services
At Northwest Elite Property Services, we are committed to setting the gold standard in property care. Founded in January 2022 by Marco and Betsy Espinoza, our company was built on a passion for the Pacific Northwest and a dedication to delivering top-tier property services. Owners
Betsy Espinoza
A native of Oregon, Betsy is a graduate of Oregon State University and Pacific University, where she earned her Doctorate in Pharmacy. With a strong background in business management, she has successfully overseen both companies and households, demonstrating exceptional leadership, organization, and communication skills. Her meticulous attention to detail and strategic mindset make her a trusted partner in enhancing your property, investment, or business. Outside of work, Betsy enjoys spending time with her children, staying active, and perfecting the art of baking sourdough bread.
Marco Espinoza
Also a native of Oregon, Marco attended Northwest Christian College and has built a career centered around leadership and service. At just 18, he became one of the youngest supervisors at the UPS hub in Swan Island, where he honed his ability to lead and inspire teams. Marco later pursued a successful career in law enforcement in both Texas and Oregon, earning recognition as the valedictorian of his police academy, as well as receiving the Medal of Merit and Employee of the Year honors. After leaving law enforcement, he took on the role of Operations Manager at his family’s maintenance company, where he managed employees and established a Construction Cleanup division.
After a decades of success, the company’s owner retired. After which Marco and Betsy saw a need for an honest, detail-oriented, and professional property care company—thus, Northwest Elite Property Services was born.​​
Together, Betsy’s expertise in business management and Marco’s extensive experience in property care create the ultimate team—delivering unmatched service both in hands-on property care and seamless administrative management.
